These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the BizzJob website, mobile application, and related services. By accessing or using BizzJob, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the platform.

1. About BizzJob

BizzJob is a B2B marketplace platform that connects buyers, sellers, manufacturers, suppliers, wholesalers, service providers, and business customers.

Platform Role

BizzJob provides a platform for communication, networking, and business discovery between users. We do not manufacture, sell, purchase, or deliver products and are not a party to any transaction conducted between users.

2. User Eligibility

To use BizzJob, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
  • Have the legal authority to represent yourself or your business.
  • Comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.

3. Account Registration

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • Securing your username and password.
  • All activities conducted under your account.
  • Promptly notifying BizzJob of any unauthorized use of your account.

BizzJob reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false, misleading, or fraudulent information.

Customer Registration

By creating a customer account, you acknowledge and agree that vendors listed on the platform may contact you via voice call, SMS, email, or other available communication methods regarding your inquiries, bookings, quotations, or orders.

Vendor Registration

By registering as a vendor, you agree to receive voice calls, SMS, emails, or other communications from customers and to contact customers through the platform regarding their requests, bookings, quotations, or orders.

4. Listings and User Content

Users may publish:

  • Products
  • Services
  • Business Profiles
  • Advertisements
  • Images and Videos
  • Promotional Content

All content submitted must:

  • Be accurate and truthful.
  • Comply with applicable laws.
  • Not infringe any intellectual property rights.
  • Not contain misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent information.
  • Not include prohibited or illegal products or services.

BizzJob reserves the right to review, edit, remove, or restrict any content at its sole discretion without prior notice.

5. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

  • Post illegal or prohibited products or services.
  • Upload false or misleading information.
  • Conduct fraudulent or deceptive activities.
  • Send spam, unsolicited promotions, or phishing messages.
  • Upload viruses, malware, or malicious software.
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with platform operations.
  • Impersonate another individual, business, or organization.
  • Violate any applicable law or regulation.
  • Misuse the platform for unlawful purposes.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination.

6. Transactions

BizzJob only facilitates communication between buyers and sellers.

We are not responsible for:

  • Product quality
  • Product safety
  • Product availability
  • Delivery delays
  • Shipping issues
  • Payment disputes
  • Warranty claims
  • Refund disputes
  • Business losses
  • Contract disputes between users

All purchases, sales, and commercial transactions are conducted solely between buyers and sellers.

7. Intellectual Property

Users retain ownership of the content they upload to the platform.

By submitting content to BizzJob, you grant BizzJob a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to:

  • Display your content.
  • Reproduce your content.
  • Store your content.
  • Promote your content.
  • Distribute your content for platform operation, marketing, and promotional purposes.

This license remains effective while your content is available on the platform.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

BizzJob may suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate accounts that:

  • Violate these Terms & Conditions.
  • Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities.
  • Harm the integrity or reputation of the platform.
  • Pose legal, operational, or security risks.
  • Abuse other users or misuse platform features.

BizzJob reserves the right to take appropriate action without prior notice where necessary.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BizzJob shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages.
  • Loss of profits or revenue.
  • Business interruption.
  • Data loss.
  • Loss of goodwill.
  • User disputes.
  • Third-party actions.
  • Errors, interruptions, or temporary unavailability of the platform.

Users access and use BizzJob entirely at their own risk.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BizzJob, its directors, employees, affiliates, licensors, partners, and service providers from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the platform.
  • Your violation of these Terms.
  • Your violation of any applicable law.
  • Any content submitted by you.
  • Any dispute between you and another user.

11. Changes to These Terms

BizzJob reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Updated versions will be published on the website and mobile application. Continued use of the platform after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the applicable jurisdiction.
